I saw that stat line and thought maybe Derek Dooley had taken over as OC for the Lions (remembering how much he loved linebackers running the football). Good for Jalen

Dan Campbell knew that in order to beat the Chiefs there would have to be gambles taken.
That early 4th down in your own territory call was a big one for sure - it goes well and it energizes your team and shows them that hey we can beat the defending champs...it doesn't work and it could have been a real issue as KC would have likely scored from just 20 yds out and the game takes a radically different direction.

Glad he trusted a VFL like Reeves-Maybin to make that play !!!

Yeah that was really the best way for the fake punt to work. From your own 17 is crazy as hell but, hey, it worked. A brilliantly psychotic move by Big Gamble Campbell.
