"Family Plan" Season Tickets

What is the difference (other than price) between those and regular season tickets?

These are upper level tickets that are usually to a four game package or single games with popcorn and coke included. These haven't been available since the early Pearl years. This means season tickets are not selling at the level they have in the past. Wonder if the NCAA situation has any thing to do with that?

No, I'm not talking about a "big game" package. On the ticket website for season tickets there is a link to discounted "Family Plan" season tickets @ $110.00 in three of the 300 sections. The other 300 season tickets are $190.00

Probably sections that aren't selling at regular season ticket prices. They are offering you a family package with multiple tickets at a reduced price. Again, this simply indicates that season tickets aren't selling at the level of the past couple of years.

Last season I got a season ticket (through a friend) in one of the sections @ $100, so it's not new this year.

I didn't order the tickets, though, so I'm not sure if they called it a "Family Plan" before or not.

I was just curious about the term as it's not defined, at least on the front page. I wanted to make sure it's for the full season.

if you go to UTTixs and try to buy a lower level or an upper level side tickets you would be out of luck. The only seats you can get are a few in the end zone and a few obscured view seats. This is the first time in the Pearl tenure that you cannot buy a real ticket. Ticket sales are already at a record level.

They are called family plan because you have to buy a certain amount of them, I think it might be four. Also, they cheaper because they are in certain sections of the 300s. Its not a bad deal at all, I did it last year.
