What's everyones experience been with the Fan Shop(fanatics.com). I just ordered a Vols hat from them and went to look up where they usually ship from and was greeted with a giant list of complaints. Has me a little worried. What say you?

I've never had any issues. I just ordered 4 shirts last month, got them in less than a week. Everything was exactly what I ordered.

Never had a problem, but returns can take awhile to process - I know Nike runs a size small so i know exactly what to order now -- also sign up for the free account -- its free shipping no matter how much the order is with the account

Thanks guys...that's encouraging. I just got my shipment email so hopefully I'll have it by next week so I can proudly wear it in gator land.

This thread inspired me to buy a new jersey, i got free shipping and guaranteed by Friday or it's free.

What team ? I noticed they have alot of the new fall Nike stuff out -- I got the Early season Vols coaches polo (one grey and one orange) - didnt care for the new fall design that much though

I've had issues when sending stuff to my in-laws in GA. Multiple packages never made it past Atlanta. Fanatics always resent the items. After the 3rd time, I just stopped ordering from them (at least to GA). I've not had any issues in AK

Never had any problems ordering. Did try to return something once for a different size and never received the new size. Was eventually reimbursed though.

Like the tracking number just died in ATL?

Sounds like somebody on a loading dock was getting some free stuff.

I have one problem with ordering from them but is probably more of a Fedex problem. July 2 I ordered 3 UT shirts since we were heading on vacation on July 9. Since it was the weekend and July 4 on Monday I paid extra for two day shipping.
Fedex had it in Knoxville on Thursday of that week and took it to USPS and didn't get delivered until Saturday July 9 which I left at 6am and didn't get to wear them plus I was out my extra money for two day shipping.

I ordered two UT hats since then and Fedex also dropped them off at USPS which added two days. Anyone have any idea why this happens instead of Fedex just bringing it to my door?

Yes - they almost always transfer it to the PO to deliver but other companies do it that way also -- shouldnt have happened with the extra shipping fee though - I would have asked for that fee to be refunded
