What do you mean by "standard scoring". TD only? Minimum performance scoring? Its not a deal breaker either way. Just curious.

The basic rules, nothing creative or asinine.

I dont like 12 teams. talent gets spread too thin and the waivers suck.

Depends on how many can be on your roster. 12 teams with 12 players leaves a decent amount of players in the FA pool. 16 players on a team then you start to run into an availibility problem. Limit the roster size and limit weekly number of transactions and its not that much of a issue.

I like playing with more teams. It's fun picking which free agents will have a big week. Do I pick up David Gettis or Kevin Walter????

The League is a show about a group of friends that are very passionate about their fantasy football. I don't remember exactly how they picked draft order, but it had something to do with a kids' race. At a birthday party for a little kid, they each picked a kid who was to run in the race. How that kid finished the race was where you'd pick in the order of the draft.
