Not smart, IMO.

I don't have a problem with a kid showing confidence. I also don't have a problem with Saban destroying that same kid's will to live.

Doubt that even makes it to the locker room. He could have said nothing at all and FAU would still lose by 45.

I'm guessing Alabama couldn't care less.

And this guy is pretty much just doing the same thing posters do here before the season starts when the proclaim UT is going to win the East and go 11-1. He has nothing to lose because if he's wrong, so what, no one is expecting them to even compete. If he ends up right, then major upset and he can act like he actually knew what he was talking about.

We tried to stop scoring on Arkansas. But they had given up to the point that we were scoring TDs with our 3rd string QB and 6th string, walk-on RB.
