The FBI may have policies in place which prohibit an overview of national crime, but regional analysis is vital for assessing the climate of culture and reflections on why the system is not being used by agencies.

I'll stick to Hanlon's Razor for now.

The Biden administration has been slow to release any report it deems negative to their propaganda war. Covid, border, phone calls Biden has woth foreign leaders, etc. I'm not surprised by this.

In my lifetime the FBI did nail some bad guys for things like mail fraud, income tax evasion, and jury tampering ... even if they couldn't get them for the stuff like murder. Now they've evolved to nabbing people for lying to them when they answer leading questions the wrong way ... likely after the FBI lied to the people being questioned.
