6. Doug Flutie.
7. South Carolina's all red uniforms.
8. Penn State v. Pitt.
9. The "U" v. Notre Dame.
10. Barry Switzer laughing at opponents.

I don't like him at all. He has blamed losses on his players several times. I think he once even said his players were too stupid to learn his offense.

yea the msu special teams dance was awesome. i went to the eggbowl in 99 it was one of the greatest football experiences i had(that tn wasnt involved in).

I miss Ole MIss's light blue helmets.
I miss when going to a bowl was a big deal, regardless.
I miss playing auburn every year.
I miss Pitt's gold/royal blue uni's wiht the script "PITT" on the side of the helment.
I miss the power back in the SEC.
I miss Oregon's old uni's, with the real green and yellow, not the neon versions.
I miss Ray Goff and Gerri Dinardo.
I miss gray facemasks.
and most of all....i miss John Ward and "it's football time in TENNESSEE!!!!".

When the Cotton bowl was a major bowl and the fiesta was just another bowl game.

The original tangerine bowl.

Georgia choking in back-to-back Sugar bowls.

Clemson ruled the ACC and were the only SEC calibre team in that conference

There were only 10 sec teams

The independents
