The national flag of the People's Republic of China (PRC) will be hoisted at the South Lawn of the White House in Washington on September 20.
A ceremony in front of the US Presidents residence will be held to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of PRC.
More than 1,000 people will attend the ceremony and the performances held after it.
The performances will demonstrate the friendship, magnanimous spirit and kindness of modern Chinese people.
Love that Chinese health care system.
Louis Farrakhan, at the Millions More Movement rally in DC, Oct 15, 2005: "...what Mao Tse Tung did was, he went to the cultural community, and they accepted his idea."... "Mao Tse Tung ... had a billion people whose lives he had to transform."..."the idea of Mao Tse Tung became the idea of a billion people, and China became a world power on the base of the culture and the arts community. If we had a ministry of art and culture in every city we'd create this movement [in the U.S.]."
Mao's kill tally: 14 to 20 million deaths from starvation during the 'Great Leap Forward'. Tens of thousands killed and millions of lives ruined during the 'Cultural Revolution'.
Jeez, I didn't realize, Mao was rather conservative compared to Billy Ayers who thought they would need to kill 25 million to transform America.
Ayers who employed Obama for eight years named his son 'Malik' in remembrance of Malcom X.
Louis Farrakhan, at the annual Saviours' Day celebration in Chicago, Feb. 25, 2008: "This young man is the hope of the entire world that America will change and be made better"..."If you look at Barack Obama's audiences and look at the effect of his words, those people are being transformed."
This is the little blue book that right-wing partisans love to hate.
Printed in a size that easily fits into pocket or purse, POCKET OBAMA is an anthology of quotations borrowed from Barack Obama's speeches and writings, intended to keep the momentum going for those inspired by his message of hope and change.
The portable book serves as a reminder of the remarkable ability of this man to move people with his words, a primer for readers who want to examine the substance of his thought and reflect on the next great chapter in the American story.
His captivating oratory has earned comparisons to John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King, and this collection presents words that catapulted his remarkable rise to the American Presidency and set a true course for the future.
It is an unofficial requirement for every citizen to own, to read, and to carry this book at all times.
