Does anybody else see JW costing us big time if he doesn't turn it around? Kickoffs have been outstanding! But he is struggling again this year. Who is the back up kicker?

I thought the back up kicker was Colquitt. Is this not true? I thought Colquitt was Wilhoit's backup and Wilhoit was Colquitt's backup.

I know that's right for away games. At home, who knows.

Wilhoit stresses me out. I hope he brings his A game this weekend. He just about killed me last year vs. UGA.

You and me both OWB. He needs to get it together. We need something sound on offense. We can't just have a questionable kicker. Bad stuff.

I don't understand how he cannot get his problem fixed. he has a strong leg. it's just getting the ball on target. Surley someone can study his technique and get him straightened out. I get sick at my stomach everytime i see him trot out on the field.

I'm worried he won't have the protection to kick...having two blocks doesn't say much for the guys up on the line in front of him...

As everyone that follows UT football has mentions 100,000 times, UT NEEDS to hire a special teams coach!

It's not the coaches fault, it's execution. :p

No, he shares those duties.

Exactly! If you fired everybody responsible for ST play, youd get rid of half your coaching staff.

I, personally, blame Randy Sanders.

of course you blame randy sanders. Actually I think he does fine, just recivers dropping balls and poor execution is killing us. he cant kick the field goals and he cant make the recivers catch the ball. Can yall please stop blaming him cause its getting really stupid.

Not to beat a dead horse here, but on several extra points and on the blocked field goals, we could not get the correct players on the field. I saw Parys running out late at least twice and on one of those the field goal was blocked. That is a lack of concentration. We need to consult Frank Beamer or Bill Bates.

Hoits the FG man! In the event he cant go, Britt over Fusco would be my guess. The UF block, was a case of Woods giving the signal to snap before the line or Wilhoit was set.

The Ole Miss block looked like someone just got vertical and got a hand on it.

Going the other way, We need to be more aggresive. When was our last punt block? I remember well 2003 against SC.

IN the UF block, did the blocker not come from around the end that Parys was supposed to block? Or was that some other game? Just asking here, no hidden agenda.

He has had a different holder each year he's been there. The blocking by the line is pathetic. This is causing him to rush.
