Final Signing Totals '24 Class?

How many can the Vols close with for '24 class? Looks like they have 20 committed?

83 MINUS the number of scholarship players returning from the 2023 roster. And no one knows at this point exactly how many 2023 scholarship roster players are returning.

There is no longer a yearly signing cap- just a total roster cap.

The total scholarship cap is normally 85 instead of 83. But the Vols are reportedly docked 2 scholarships as penalty for the Pruitt/staff NCAA violations.

Wow sounds like a cluster. How do they know how many remaining spots there are? Seems like this can negatively effect pursuing certain targets

These threads are far less important than they use to be. In the NIL era over signing and running guys off is no longer frowned upon because players can leave on their own too.
