After watching a couple of SEC Nation shows, I noted that P. Finebaum is the clown of that show. My question is who is the better clown on their respective game day shows, Finebaum or Corso. IMO it is Corso because he is the original buffoon and Finebaum is a cheap imitation. Thoughts? GBO

Lee was good before the stroke, sad after.

PF I can hardly stand to look at. He needs to crawl back under his Alabama rock and spend the rest of his career on the radio with Phyllis from Mulga and Al from Daleville.

Finebaum is a clown. Difference between him and Corso is that Corso doesn't have any other forum except Gameday. Finebaum will bring out the long knives for any coach or AD under any sort of duress. Right now, he is spewing his venom towards UGA and Richt. He has a lot of power in stoking the flames in a fanbase.

finebaum is a tool, yes. but, he has not completely gone beyond his expiration date. I respect both guys for being legends, bla bla. Corso, poor guy, needs to hang em up. Gameday is a joke now. Herbstreit is also, also clown.

I equatw Finebaum to a more intelligent sports version of Springer. He knows what people want to see. But, like John Adams it's usually negative. If he could just do what he does for SECN he would be much more respected.

Corso is like that class clown that keeps failing 3rd grade.

Corso is the guy who likes to have fun etc.

Finebaum is Jerry Springer of college football. Fake regular callers. Fake arguments. Etc. But I guess that's why it's called a show.

I don't see a problem with keeping Corso on that program. It's just entertainment... it's not like he's causing a problem if he makes a mistake. They're filling several hours of content... some of what they air is far worse than him talking for a couple of minutes on Saturday mornings.

From a non-SEC alumni, With Finebaum and Pollack the SEC is pretty heavily represented on Game Day. I don't have any problem with knowledgeable guys doing the show, but those two really show a conference bias in my opinion.

Got to love Corso, but it's time for him to retire. And no I can't think of who I'd replace any of them with right now. I'll think about it.

I think College Gameday has run its course as far as what it was originally intended to be. Now its a traveling comedy show for college kids to come up with "clever" signs with CFB sprinkled in at times. I quit watching 5 years ago, but after seeing commercials for Gameday the other day, it looks like its gotten worse.

Anybody remember corso dropping the f-bomb? And he's still working. Now that's power baby!

I dont like Finebaum too much, but I respect how he has made a fortune off provoking the state of Alabama for 20 plus years.

I haven't watched Gameday in about a decade and I've never watched SEC Nation.

So you're saying you're not relevant or adding anything to the conversation? Cool.

Ftr, I like both guys. Both guys have a passion for the game and I have a hard time faulting them for that. Especially Corso. When Corso retires I would like to see Spurrier or Mack Brown be the next coach on set.

I'm saying I care about the actual games, not what a few "experts" think about the games.
