I'm not a Finebaum fan, but have watched him in long ago past. I plan on watching today just for the pure enjoyment of hearing whatever Bama fan dares call in and complaining about all the bad calls and all the lame excuses that will be forthcoming. GBO

I am not sure I heard it right, but in his Monday morning segment on WJOX Birmingham, I believe I just heard home call Heupel a “low-T coach”
The context was he was talking portal and how players could deal with Saban’s hysterics by simply transferring out (a valid point) and go play for a “low T coach” like Heupel. So I think he meant calm, but dang it if I don’t think that can be construed as basically calling someone a wimp or a spy boy too

If Saban has "High T" it's going to be due to medicine. It's going to cause him to act aggressively and shrink his nuts to raisins. Good luck with that.

I listened to the interview and the context of it. I don't think he said Heupel was a Low-T guy, I believe he said Heupel was a Low Key guy. That is the opposite of Saban. He doesn't get overly angry and throw players under the bus and chew out players and coaches on the sideline. Heupel seems to be very calm and composed even in pressure situations. A low key personality.

That would certainly make more sense, but we all know Finebaum's tendency toward controversial statements so there's that.

It was tough to make out, the audio sort of broke right when he said it. I thought he said “low D” for a second but that would be nonsensical

As mentioned earlier in this thread, besides listening to the Gumps today moaning and crying, I just can't fathom exposing myself to his drivel.
