Hey, way to go LiO...it's got to be exciting meeting a lot of them sorta for the first time. I do admire you and all your fellow teachers.

Make sure you do not let any of them start talking any Alabama, LSU, Georgia, or Florida stuff...correct that stuff right away...hehe.

Seriously, hope you have a great class and a great year. My hat's off to you!

And here's something for the kids... :wavey:

I get the impression that you might lose your tongue if you got caught chewing gum in LIO's class.

I LOVE my kiddies!! Vols2345, I have never had a student to swing at me. Teaching isn't as bad as y'all think.

I LOVE it!

Thanks for the :Bbiteme:, but even though that sounded kind of funny, it was actually meant as a compliment.

:eek:lol: I wish I could say that. I suppose a throat swab is more threatening than a spelling test?

Here we go 'round the Mulberry bush, the Mulberry bush, the Mulberry bush...Here we go 'round the Mulberry bush, so early in the morning...(Singing, of course)

I remember that from somewhere in the vicinity of the third grade.

All I remember,(true story)is Mrs. Childs helping me with my study book and she flicked a booger on my book and tried to wipe it off,but only smeared it in,God I sure miss her. :p

All I remember about third grade is football on the far field during recess and multiplication tables.
