At Hess Hall, John Ward on the radio, the excitement is still there.

Damn I'm old.

71 was my freshman year at UT. Greve Hall, 6th floor. Hess was "The Zoo." First game of the year was a 10-9 loss to Auburn with Pat Sullivan and Terry Beasley. Dang it, Beasley was good. With UT leading 9-3 late in the game, everyone knew the long pass was going to Beasley. And they still did it, regardless, for the win.

I knew some Ag majors in Greve Hall from Franklin County.
