Well, I come in from the North, and it's REAL easy to park in the parking garage on Neyland Drive (The one across from Calhoons, not the one at the stadium. For that one, you take the Neyland Drive exit.
If you like the Cumberland side, you can take that exit and go down toward the strip. After you cross Gay Street, be watching to the right. There is a church parking lot that has good parking, and there is also a city lot below that, that for most games is open. If it's not, you can turn around and park in the church lot.
I'm pretty sure each of these lots/garages cost 20.00, although the garage may be 25.00.
