I'm going to make a prediction and say this year will be an outstanding class for DB's. This class will be the highest rated DB class ever for the VOLS. As good as CJP is developing DB's ( look at the freshman this year) and now coupled with CDA as DC/DB coach (dude can flat out recruit) we gonna have a monster year recruiting DB's. Hopefully this guy will jump on board!! GBO!!

I want to jump on this bandwagon so bad, but if we have another DB class like last year, it’ll be ok. We really need an epic LB and DL class. That’s where we need to place all the marbles.

Highly rated guys yes i agree but we have much larger problems along the Dline and LB core. Max DB's we should bring this year is like 4 imo. Eventually we are going to need some players other than juco tranfers on the Dline so this year should honestly be focused on that.. Also expect the Oline recruits in this class to be plentiful. There are 11 freshman/ sophomore DB's who are "Pruitts guys" on the roster for next year. I dont think it would be in our best interest to have a big DB haul in this class but the recruits we do get should be some big time ones.

Agree. I think the DB haul Pruitt just got was great. We need DL and pass rushers badly.

He’s not even started his freshman year, has 5 years to play 4, and was a high 4 star corner in the 2020 class with multiple SEC offers (including us). At one point he was top 10 nationally at the position. Not to mention we didn’t take a true outside corner last cycle. All the DBs we took are safeties although Key can probably play every position at an elite level. Plus it gives us someone that will have been in the system for when Bryce or Alontae (or both) declare after this season

Not like I bumped some random grad transfer with 1 year left, this would basically be a late 2020 class addition

Apparently there is family member who is very sick. Miami might not take him, so I wouldn't be surprised to see FAU or FIU here.
