FL/LSU game "postponed"

The headline says cancelled, but the article says postponed to a later date this year. Hopefully this game gets played, especially if we have 2 losses to end the year.

Move the Florida/Georgia game up a week to the 22nd (instead of 29th) since both teams have a bye on the 22nd. LSU has open date on 29th and could play Florida if they would move the FL/GA game up a week

They can play this Sunday or Monday. Both teams have cupcake opponents on Oct 15 that the second team can handle.

If the Jacksonville Jaguars (since they're the actual tenants of the stadium the game is played in) agree to allow the game (they play the Sunday after) and they can get UGA to agree to give up the bye it has that week, then you're good to go.


The other option is move the game to Nov 19, with UF and LSU giving up giving up their games against Presbyterian and South Alabma. UF's fine with that one; LSU is not.

This is probably the most embarrassed that I have ever been for the SEC. FL should be made to forfeit the game. I can't believe college educated folks can't figure out how to put on a game in Florida when it rains in Georgia.

Remember its UF, have ou seen their players, fans and leadership/coach. The cancelled game will motivate them to win out just so they can brag about winning the east even though they wiggled out of the game in every way possible.
