Could happen. Winner of UF and UGA I think will face Bama.

It'll be either UF or UGA. South Carolina doesn't look to be on the level of either of those two.

Next week is going to be an issue and the remaining games... way too many guys being lost.... add starting FB JC Copeland to the mix after tonight... possible ACL. I think you are looking at a 3-4 loss team by the end of the year, any more players go down they could lose more than that. The few seniors we do have playing, are mostly playing like crap.

J. Copeland (possible ACL or strain knee)

R. Randle (draft early)
M. Claiborne (draft early)
M. Brockers (draft early)
C. Faulk (knee out for the year)
A. Blue (knee out for the year most probably)
T. Mathieu (suspensed/kicked off team/Likes to smoke)
T. Jones (suspended/Academics)
T. Edwards (suspended/Academics)
D. Welter (suspended/Academics)
A. Johnson (could not enroll/Academics)
J. Liggins (could not enroll/Academics)
F. Fanaika (JUCO transfer could not enroll/Academics)
R. Vinson (transferred)
S. Gibson (transferred)
J. Gore (transferred)
D. Jenkins (Left program/transfer)
A. Lewis (could not enroll/Academics/JUCO)
T. Randle (suspended/Academics/transfer)
T. Dural (knee out for the year)

Bama has a downhill road... easy schedule. IMHO

LSU has never really played like world beaters anyway just go out there and play...in fact I don't remember the last time LSU played well several games in a row haha....Les is all about just running the ball kicking FG's and playing defense

I felt they played out of sorts in the first of half of the UT game last year, other than that they played nearly perfect football until the 1st Bama game. Did give up a lot of yards ot UWV but I still thought it was a good showing against a pretty good team.

Playing for FGs works when you don't turn the ball over and you don't commit 9+ penalties a game.

Too many freshman, hardly any seniors and the ones we do have play bad plus injuries are mounting... LSU is going to be lucky to only lose two the rest of the way. imho

Reminds me a lot of Fulmer's teams. They could play sloppy and still win because they were just better than the other team.....

I agree about UGA, but I disagree about UF. Their offense isn't much, if any, better than ours, and their defense isn't that far ahead of ours. UT's defense made their O look a lot better than it is.

After 5 weeks, I'll put Fla slightly ahead of UGA and a little further ahead of USCjr. Fla has beaten more quality teams on the road than the other two. I guess we'll find out more in the coming weeks. UGA is the most explosive offense, but if they turn the ball over like they did yesterday then I don't see them beating Fla or USCjr. I think UT has a chance to upset USCjr, but USCjr seems to play to the level of their competition at times.

Our D also made Tennessee's O look a lot worse than it is. Georgia's D is porous compared to USC's and UF's. Their O is elite... But they're not above USC or UF. Not at all.

I think we can win the East. Can we beat 'Bama in a neutral environment? Eh... Let's not go overboard just yet.

Agreed. Your defense is first-class. Your offense is improved, too. Should be a good game in Gainesville in three weeks.

Wait what? I'm sorry but UGA just gave up 44 pts to you guys. If your D had a pulse yesterday u would've won. Florida hasn't beaten anyone...except tex a&m who hasnt beaten anyone, so do we really consider that a great win? UGA beat us but that's nothing to brag about. Definitely more impressed with SC than UGA especially when we played them head to head. I think all 3 on the same level...

I left one out J. Allen (knee out for the year). JC might be back though.

One of the worse strings of luck/faith/destiny since the Marshall plane crash.
