Just a case for a little optimism.
- Florida 2001 - 18 point underdog - 2 weeks prior against Kentucky, we were down 21-0 at one point and had to rally to win 38-35. Shoot, if we could only squeak past Kentucky, what were we going to do at the swamp against #2 Florida? We're going to get killed right? Wrong, we give Spurrier only his second SEC loss in the swamp in 12 years, we win 34-32
- Miami 2003 - big underdog (12 points maybe?) - in previous weeks we lost on the road to Auburn, were blown out at home by Georgia, had to go 5OTs to beat a weak Alabama team, and had a lackluster win at home again Duke. Dang, Miami is going to kill us, they have a, what, 47 game home winning streak(?). Wrong, we go into Havanna and win 10-6.
- Georgia 2004 - big underdog again - in the previous weeks we get spanked at home by Auburn while Georgia POUNDS defending NC LSU. According to Trev Alberts, Georgia is the second coming, VOLS are going to get killed right? Wrong, we march into Athens and squash David Green, David Pollock, and the rest of the Georgia nation's hopes and dreams while we win 19-14.
