Since Charlie Strong is gone to UL. Does anyone think that Florida will try to persue Coach O. :dunno::dunno::dunno:

Oh man, this thread is going to throw this whole site into "panic mode" again. haha I don't see the assistant head coach/recruiting coordinator/defensive line coach/future defensive coordinator with a big salary like his going anywhere. Only place is another head coaching gig that I could see pulling O away from us.

the only reason to go after coach o is if they are very concerned about the vols since the guy has never been known as a great xs and os guy. so really if this happens you should be flattered that meyer sees you as a huge threat.

No not happening, Coach O isn't going anywhere. He is here to learn from Monte for a few years then be our DC. The only way I think he leaves is if a BCS school offered him a HC job.

No way. Coach O is gonna be here a while. He's solid with Lane, and we can out offer most schools as well. The only way he leaves (IMO) is for a HC job, and the UNLV rumors were debunked on the radio today in Knoxville on "the Sports Animal."

No way in hell Coach O goes to UF. No way CLK would give Cryer permission to even speak with him. Coach O is all UT. He and CLK are pretty close, I am sure they would be ROFL if they heard this.

Which is why I'm a little concerned about him possibly being our DC in a few years. I guess I've never really seen him as a DC, so I don't know for sure.

I read on Sports Parlor he is gone and maybe that the aliens did build the Mayan temples in Mexico.

He is loyal to the Kiffens. He said he wanted to learn from the best, (Monte). He will be the DC here when Monte retires.

If Urban is smart he will ask just to cause UT to back up the money truck to keep him.
