Good move, the team is very soft right now. Good way to address that.

Pat of their being soft is, I am sure, their youth. But from the article it looks like some of them have not taken the commitment to stay in shape (even during the season) as seriously as they need to. No excuses for them -- they need to start getting ready for next year this week.
