But being smart has nothing to do with Coaching has everything to do with understanding flow, setting up the next play, and the next. By no means is it easy but you don’t have to be a rocket scientist either

The rule say knee area
That leaves interpretation to the refs.
I’d have thrown the flag there if I was the ref.

It changed nothing in this game

Great game. I’ll give credit where credit is due.... The Gators are much better than I thought. I know it sounds crazy, but I was more impressed in their loss than their previous wins. The game in JAX is going to be huge, because both teams will be playing for their CFP lives at that point.

I said from the beginning that I was basing this off a conversation with another poster and tagged him in it.
I also said I was too lazy to look it up.

Clearly I’m not speaking as an authority on this. I even told Bearcat I’m fine with being wrong but again as written “knee area” gets a flag from me if I’m the ref.

Why are we still discussing this?

That FL QB is tons better than Franks, Danny kind made things too complicated in the second half. Burrow didn't even look like he even played a football game during the interview after the game. Lol. LSU D sucks some big monkey balls though. Good game by the gators. LSU should basically go for it on 4th down if they cross the 50 yard and its 7 yards or less.

Florida will definitely still be in the top ten next week... Currently #7, and the only teams that should jump them are Wisconsin and Penn State... Notre Dame might, but that still leaves Florida at #10. The Georgia game looms large now and could go either way. I was impressed with Florida tonight. That was a much more competitive game than I was expecting. Trask and the offense were great on 3rd down all night long with one clutch throw and catch after another.

Having said that, I'm glad you lost.
