That was ridiculous. And again, if it had been Tennessee, he would’ve explained by it was not only a hold on the Tennessee player, but also an egregious personal foul penalty and why the Tennessee player should be ejected from this game and perhaps have his scholarship pulled.The explanation by the ESPN rules analyst on why it wasn't a holding was ridiculous...."he didn't take a step away from the defender so glad it wasn't called as holding".....WTF?
Leverage?! To have leverage, he's need to be at least side by side and have his hands inside the frame of the defender. He clearly had his arm on the defenders back and had a handful of jersey for 40 yards.He had leverage and at most grabbed a little jersey at the very end. He kept his body in front of the defender the entire way. It was executed well.
