Florida's fab 4 are leaving

I would have questioned the effectiveness of the Florida educational program had any of them, save perhaps Green, decided to stay.

I wish them all the success in the world. They're staying, and then repeating, speaks volumes about their character. They were a very special team.

I will say it is odd for players to comeback after winning a NC and having millions of dollars waved in front of them

only problem they'll have to overcome (well, not the only problem) is going from the best college team in the country to one of the NBA's worst teams like Memphis, Milwaukee, Charlotte...

I doubt any of them will go to Memphis. Memphis will likely get a top 3 pick and I don't think any of those will go top 3.

You know your school's team sucks when your best hope is for the best players from other teams to leave school early. That having been said, that crappy team handed us a pounding this year. I would rather be good enough to beat the best when they are the best.

UF will be down next yr..but with the class coming in those guys will get plenty of quality PT and I do expect them to make the tourney.

You guys have a great class coming in and you also hade some good Freshman this year that will be more experienced as they turn to Sophmores. You'll be young, but Billy's a great coach and he'll have them ready to compete in the SEC.

This rebuild will be somewhat comparable to when UNC lost it's top 7 players after their NC run...I expect UF to be between what Roy did and what Calhoun did this past season with UCONN reloading.

Yeah. I think that Walter Hodge will have a breakout year. Florida will make the tournament unlike UCONN did this year because you have one of the top coaches in the nation.

UConn has one of the top coaches in the nation, too.

Oops. I didn't mean to imply that Calhoun was not a good coach. With the exception of this down year after they lost everyone from last years team, they are always consistently a top threat for the title.
