In my humble opinion, it may be a good thing that we have settled in somewhat under the radar. We are 3-1 and with the exception of THE WIN, we have been rather ordinary.
As the other teams ahead of us slowly and surely lose here and there, we will continue to move on back up toward the top of the polls.
We HAVE to win Saturday and, if we do, then we can move closer and closer to the SECCG.
We do not, at this point, have to blow anybody out. We just have to keep winning.
I think to this day that the Florida loss wasn't a total loss because it gave us reason to bear down for the rest of the season.
We still have Georgia, Alabama, and Notre Dame to deal with along with some rivalries that are never automatic for us.
If we just work hard and take care of business one game at a time, we will be right in the very thick of things at the end of the season.
I feel rather confident that the Va Tech Chokies will lose to BC and/or Miami, so that will take care of them. USC just might have a hard time in South Bend and I still think Fla State is vulnerable.
So, if the Sooners could find a way to handle the Longhorns (Oh, how I detest Texas), who knows what could happen.
SO, let's get 'em one game at a time and let the chips fall where they may. I sorta feel pretty good about where we are right now and if we get the Bulldogs Saturday, I will feel AWESOME.
So, let's strap it on and get-r-done.
GO VOLS!!!!!!! :twocents:
