In my humble opinion, it may be a good thing that we have settled in somewhat under the radar. We are 3-1 and with the exception of THE WIN, we have been rather ordinary.

As the other teams ahead of us slowly and surely lose here and there, we will continue to move on back up toward the top of the polls.

We HAVE to win Saturday and, if we do, then we can move closer and closer to the SECCG.

We do not, at this point, have to blow anybody out. We just have to keep winning.

I think to this day that the Florida loss wasn't a total loss because it gave us reason to bear down for the rest of the season.

We still have Georgia, Alabama, and Notre Dame to deal with along with some rivalries that are never automatic for us.

If we just work hard and take care of business one game at a time, we will be right in the very thick of things at the end of the season.

I feel rather confident that the Va Tech Chokies will lose to BC and/or Miami, so that will take care of them. USC just might have a hard time in South Bend and I still think Fla State is vulnerable.

So, if the Sooners could find a way to handle the Longhorns (Oh, how I detest Texas), who knows what could happen.

SO, let's get 'em one game at a time and let the chips fall where they may. I sorta feel pretty good about where we are right now and if we get the Bulldogs Saturday, I will feel AWESOME.

So, let's strap it on and get-r-done.

GO VOLS!!!!!!! :twocents:

I think GA has been flying under the radar more than anyone.

Freak I think you are giving UGA way too much credit . . . and I live down here where I have to hear about them nonstop.

I hope you are right. I will gladly eat crow if they come to Neyland and get their brains beat in.

i will be the first to say that comparing games that teams play doesnt matter in any kind of way. for example, uga got all they could handle from usc, and i, like GAVol have to hear about how GREAT uga is all day every day of the year but usc definetly showed that uga is probably over rated this year if anybody is. and i also go to GSU(Georgia Southern University) and it absolutely seems like EVERBODY down here loves the pups. i know uga has a stable of running backs but i think we can all agree that we have a FANTASTIC rush defense and they will have to have a career day if they want to beat us on the ground and i dont think shockley has the talent to beat us and i personally think that's what it is going to come down to, shockley beating UT and i just cant see that happening with the way we have shut down the very good QB's we've already faced this year.

GO VOLS!!!!!!!!!!

I agree... the cocks took it to UGA, the same USC team that just got KILLED by a mediocre Auburn team.

If we play the way I know we can, Georgia is in for a rough day. The question is... who shows up? The BIG game Vols, or the Vols that went to Gainesville? I'm glad to see the D causing turnovers, and us actually getting points. That'll be the diff in this game, IMO... turnovers...
