Food City plane crashes

A helicopter from Food City crashed in a lake in Washington County, VA crashed tonight, per WJHL.

Many say Food City executives were on it.

It was one of my dads friends and former coworker. I interviewed him for a Vietnam War project back in high school. He had just dropped the owner of food city off at his house when the crash happened. Dad says he's the best helicopter pilot he's ever flown with.

They found his body the other day. I've heard that he may have run into a flock of geese, but other people are saying mechanical failure shortly after takeoff. I don't know if putting it into the lake was intentional or not, but at least he didn't end up crashing into someone's house.
