Why not. You can go to wally world and buy a DiGiorno for $7 or go to little caesers and get a large for $5.

As long as we are wasting my money on other people against my will, we may as well let them eat what they want. At least someone got some freedom out of the deal.

might as well, include beer, wine and liquor

Only lead to cries that conservatives don't want children to eat because there is no food stamps leftover for them to eat. Only solution is provide more aid.

The way I see it, foodstamps should only be good for cigarettes, everclear, and heroin.

I am opposed. Health costs are bad as it is. Let all those people start scarfing down fast food everyday, then it will be worse. In fact, I think they should limit food stamps to specific healthy food.

that's not freedom. Getting a job and making your own decisions with your money is freedom. If you choose to get your money from the gov't then you play by their rules

I'm all for individual liberty. BUT when you are taking federal assistance, I think there should be stringent conditions and restrictions of what you can do with it.

Freedom and responsibility are synonyms as far as I am concerned. My point is simply I am being robbed against my will and my money is given to others. I facetiously said that about them being free to buy want they want.

how can you say that volatile. how can you deny those people the right to eat what they want? WOW.

Golfballs03 puts my view into perspective pretty nicely.
