hope the AD at WMU can somehow retain Fleck. she said "dont be surprised if he stays" but I have serious doubts. Fleck would be a great candidate if we end up in the coach search and he's still available next year.

I think several schools will entertain an interview with him. He seems to take a very enthusiastic approach to the position and what he's done at WMU has been nothing short of awesome thus far so lots of ADs have taken notice. There are so many moving parts that's it's impossible to say if he'd turn down Purdue right now. If Purdue was his biggest option then he might turn it down over another year to improve his stock. I get the feeling his name is going to be thrown around a lot in the next few weeks...
