This recruiting class is going to shock the world! We have a lot of speed, this is the type of class that can be coached up,they are smart, fast, and have the build to really hold some muscle.

I say get behind CBJ and help him get us back!

I don't think the majority isn't behind Butch but bottom line, you cannot win in the SEC when ten other teams in the league out recruit you. Hopefully 2014 will be different with the staff having a full year to recruit.

i agree fully, but i believe this year, CBJ's first order of business is coaching up the talent hehas and build a team that shows fight for 4 qrts and constant improvement. any bowl game will be momentum. any 1 upset will be momentum. at this point, our TOP goal is NSD 2014. the mediocre recruiting cycle has to be broken.

I think to improve in recruiting we'll need to show improvement on the field PLUS give the coaching staff a full year to recruit. A program in decline isn't a good recruiting tool and we've seen evidence of that the last few years as we've missed out on big names again and again.

Taking a peek at our schedule next year to see what we can accomplish. Good news is we have a couple of softies before Oregon and Florida and then another one before Georgia. After that it's a tossup on many of the games. The key, to me, is improvement throughout the year regardless of the W/L record.

This. Hate to say it but Butch HAS to do in his first year what Dooley never could....beat someone who matters. Win 7 games next year (not a given) plus the bowl and recruiting improves. No bowl and he's doomed from the start.

This seems to be all I have heard for the last 3-4 years:eek:k:

Give me a reason to? Name anything this program has done to make you feel good about? AD hire, coaching hires, recruiting, on the field play, record, 2 bowl games in 5 years.

Gloom and doom has been earned by the football program.

I believe that the chicken came first, because the egg could not survive or even be hatched without the care and protection of the chicken.

Did you see the awesome tweet from JJ Watts that CBJ retweeted yesterday? Sorta rings loud and clear. Yes, we know teams with most stars win the most championships, but why not take what we've got and press them to be exceptional!

Congrats to all recruits signing today. 5* or No-star, doesn't matter. It's all about the work you put in & sacrifices you make #Former2Star
