Football parking question

Has anyone ever parked in the Volunteer Residence Hall and Parking Garage, G15 behind the Law school for a game? Is that a pay garage or is it a key entry for people who live there or work at Law School?

I had a pass. Many of the garages allow so many pay to park on top of the already sold passes. I don't know that I ever knew if G15 did that. I have a pass at Locust, I know they do some pay and park the day of game.
