I was pretty disappointed in this actually, I lived in Orlando about ten years and would go watch UCF at the Citrus Bowl all the time and was looking forward to seeing them come to Neyland.
To be honest, given another couple of years under George O'Leary, I'm not sure there are going to be too many teams wanting to see UCF pop up on the schedule as an out of conference opponent.

When I lived there I really thought they were an up and coming team with Culpepper and all, but it seems to have gone downhill a bit til O'Leary took over. And now having South Florida as a 1-A school that will make it more difficult for them but there is probably enough talent down there to get around.
they way i understood it, or at least as it was explained, was that the change was made so we would have an off week before the Georgia or Bama game..i forget which one.
