Anyway…

3rd quarter was frustrating. Other than that I thought they responded pretty well. Joe made some good plays and missed a couple throws he really shouldn’t have. Defense forgot how to play for two series. We’ll see how next week goes.

I didn't read much here this past week either, but over the years I've read numerous posts here in which the poster says that he's bet on our opponent.

I never would have taken the points after the announcement that Harris didn’t even make the trip. Did the line move after the announcement?

I listened to the whole 3rd quarter on the way back from the youth dove hunt and I heard several names that are 3rd stringers on both UTSA touchdown drives. In fact I turned to my son and said we better put the starters back in before they get back in this game.

Not sure if they did but I didn’t hear any of their names called after that when the defense woke up and made some adjustments.

This post says it all, you nailed it. Far from perfect, but some of the mistakes ironed out and Joe was better, although he has to hit those gimme throws that he missed.

VN has become a really depressing place to come this season, as too many want to wallow in misery and take college football games that don't go their way as a personal affront. I hope some of these idiots lost good money today.

I took at us at -20 right when the line was posted. Thought we did some things right and was pleased in general with our response from last week. Great Job fans in selling the place out. Not a lot of places could do that after last week

I don't think anyone should bet this coming week either.

A close game coming and either team can win. If Cooper plays, we should take it. If Cooper
is out, I expect a 3 pt loss.

I don’t gamble, but I posted a couple times that I didn’t think UT would cover. Based on the way they’ve been playing I don’t think that was an illogical thought. I didn’t know 6 UTSA starters were out, including their QB and two WR’s. Didn’t know they were going to be so limited on offense. Still believed UT would win.

This is a silly and immature thread. No one knows how these games are gonna go, and gloating over people that were willing to put money over a particular outcome is juvenile.

You can’t be a “Homer” when gambling.

Ok. I think it’s classless and dishonorable to bet against a team you claim to support. You’re right, you can’t be a homer when gambling, so don’t gamble on UT games.

We had several out in 3 rd qt. Freshman LB is going to be good but still in learning stage’… two starters out on OL hurt us.

People comparing this team to our Pruitt era
Teams need to remember the scores back then. We played poorly at times and still won by 31 pts, if it had been 3 years ago we would have either lost is won by a point or two.

I hadn’t seen any SEC team or for that matter any team in the country that hadn’t struggled at times this year.

Ditto. First time back since the embarrassing loss to the Gators. Third Saturday stunts our teams potential every damn Fall campaign. Can't win a Natty if we can't win the East.

Now its just a race to the Chick Fil A or Outback Bowl, as we are 3-1 w 3 wins coming over teams that simply suck. Florida sucks too but out team and coaches sucked more. Just sucks.
