Yep, got blown out by a really good OSU team rebounding from a total embarrassment from Michigan.

However, if you are wondering why the enthusiasm for all things VOLS:

Football team made the playoffs
Baseball team National champs
Men’s basketball currently ranked 1
Women’s basketball undefeated and appears to have found a diamond in the rough HC

As a Vol fan, many things to be grateful for this season.

Hope everyone has a safe and relaxing holiday!

So, fans of other teams are making fun of the Vols when their team didn't make the playoff? Hmmmm, that's rich. That is the Vandie, loser mentality. Glad we aren't in their shoes.

You always want to make the playoffs, not sit at home. Always, everyday. The 12 team playoff makes all the other bowl games even more obsolete in my opinion. So, if your team failed to make the post season playoff and you're happy making some crappy ass bowl, you are a loser with a loser mentality.

I wear my Tennessee Orange everywhere I go and have been a fan all my 86 years of life. However, I still express my mind, prai or disappointment about how my Tennessee teams prefor. That does not indicate that I disrespect my teams. If one can not be honest about the way my teams play , then I am not being honest to my teams or myself. My father lettered at Tennessee in 1931, a brother in basketball in 1941 and a son in 1998. I was not around in 1931 and don’t remember 1941, but my den is painted Orange and White and Instill purchased the football season tickets my father first purchased in 1933. I have raised a family of stout Tennessee fan, including those who played athletics at colleges other than Tennessee. I will be a Tennessee fan for the rest of my life, hopefully another 20 years or so.

Hard core Vols fans in Monroe County. Years ago, early 80s there was a school bus load of fans that paid a few bucks to ride to game and back. Keep on being honest and telling it like it is. Go Vols.

Great post. Change the FB narrative to, made playoffs and finished top 10 this year!
