Running the ball, let this stat sink in: Worley's last 10 runs have been for an average of10+ yards. While the volume of runs are over 5 games, Worley is not that bad of a runner if he would just keep it.

But he rarely does, so it's a moot point. He gets the yards because our opponents are stunned when Worley keeps.

Nobody expects him to keep it, they don't really worry about defending it. That's why it works. If he kept it more, teams would expect it.

Worley is not a threat for running the ball, and any team what watches any film will see that. He keeps the ball in the option somewhere around .5% of the time.

Dobbs looked better today than a healthy Worley.

Dobbs is better than Worley, and it was fairly obvious for anyone watching the game. He has a much faster release, far stronger arm,and doesn't throw dying ducks. He also looks far more comfortable back there than Worley does.If he was behind Ferguson......I hope we get to see Ferguson very soon because Dobbs looks good.

Dobbs is at least better than a injured Worley!!!!!!
No way his thumb will be 100% next week.

What's your point! Dobbs didn't look half bad considering how many snaps he got last week...against the best defense in the NCAA.

He underthrew a couple and had clock management issues but it was his first game.

I don't think Bama had a spy for Worley but did for Dobbs.

IF he is healed and starts next week, I'd almost bet on him running it more. IMHO, the whole point of him not running was to keep him healthy and the RS on both Fr. Now that Dobbs' RS is burned... they can let Worley keep it.

Anybody that understands football could see that Dobbs has so much more upside than Worley. I appreciate Worley's resolve and toughness, however, Dobbs looks more comfortable, has a better arm, is more elusive and doesn't stare down his receivers. Plus, he was a true freshman playing his first game on the road vs. the defending National Champs and the #1 team in the country and didn't get rattled.

Idiot post. Did you even watch the game?Dobbs is clearly a better fit in this system. Faster release, bigger arm, the offense runs a lot faster and smoother with him in. Screw the red shirt, let the better qb play. He's ready.
