According to Govolsxtra.com

Quarterback Jesse Scroggins (6-foot-3, 195 pounds) has committed to Southern California, according to a source close to his recruitment.

Scroggins' announcement will be aired on ESPN this afternoon. It was taped on Wednesday.

Scroggins, from Lakewood (Calif.) High School, was also considering Tennessee and Florida.

Distance from home was said to be the primary factor according to the source.

I thought it was happening during College Football Life, which is on right now. (EDIT - I just saw that it is 3pm pacific time)

Thanks Rev, by now I'm sure we've all seen the 18 different threads that say that. I was just providing a link so people who wanted to, could watch it.

He has picked USC guys....Brent over at TOS has already stated he has informed the UT coaches of his intent to go to USC. I wish him the best, but IMO, SC will sign another all-world 5* QB in 2 years and he will end up transferring and playing at a D2 school in Cali.

Where did you see 6pm on Sportscenter? I heard 2 pm on ESPN. It was not on during Outside the Lines. College Football Live is on right now, but still no announcement. I'm not giving up hope until I hear it from Jesse. Remember, everyone reported that Marlon Brown was going to Ohio State. It even said in GoVolsXtra that Marlon Brown committed to Ohio State. Of course, as soon as he had his annoncement and went to Georgia. So like I said, I'm not giving up hope yet.
