The guys that commentated on the game for SC made me appreciate Kesling a lot more. I just saw the game replayed on Fox Sports South with them doing the commentating. On a few occasions they dropped some pretty not-so-subtle hints about how it was "always" home cookin in Neyland.

They also were insistent that Rajion's pass was a backward lateral (even though it went 2 yards forward).

Pretty unprofessional all around. Kesling does well not to appear as a homer when he's calling a game. The SC guys were quite the opposite.

Worst announcing I ever listened to. And not only did the color guy keep insisting Neal tossed it backwards (even though replays from every angle clearly showed it went forward), he also said Worley had already handed the ball off to Neal, seeminly implying that Neal could not throw it back to Worley. Guess he's never heard of a halfback pass (not that I think that is what the play was designed for, only that it was not illegal for Neal to atempt to shuffle the pass forward). And there were a lot of backhanded comments about "always weird calls in this stadium" by both of them. At least Kesling is a professional when he calls the UT games. Those guys were clowns.

Is there a link for this? I'd like to hear it.
