Do you think we will see Robert Meachem more involved in the offense this week? I know he played a good bit, and his only catch went for a TD, but I would sure love to see him more involved this week.

Also, I think this could be a good game to get Brad Cottam more involved in. I look for Florida to stack the LOS, and bring pressure upon our young QB's. Brad would be an excellent target over the middle at 6'8. That would help counter Florida's rush, IMO. That would also be a good position fro our possession receivers such as Tony and Bret. (If he is able to play.)

Considering that Florida has as inexperienced of a secondary as UT does. I think you have to get Meachem more inVOLved. I say Fulmer will have a TE pass or two for the crocs.

I think we will see a totally different game plan vs. Florida. The UNLV game was a tune up for the real game. CPF did a good job week 1 spreading the ball out and getting everyone involved so Florida doesn't know what to expect. I expect to see screen passes and TE passes if they bring lots of blitzs which i think they will.

The whole question will be moot if Ivan rolls through on Saturday. Gusting wind, heavy rain and freshmen QBs . . . we could easily see 50+ carries for the RBs and a lot more Schaeffer than Ainge due to Brent's running ability.

I would expect several passes to the FB myself. Passes to the TE would be just as well but I would expect at least one of these to stay in to block at all times.

I saw in the paper where the Vols are practicing with extra wet balls in case Ivan dumps a lod on us....Hope we don't have a repeat of the last time we played Fl in the rain :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: .... if it does rain and we're forced to run I like our chances with the stable of backs we've got.... Gator Hunting Season opens Saturday in Knoxville!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look for the quick slant right behind the LB's, Corey Anderson should be open anytime they want to throw it to him and our TE's will probably be open most of the night. Just guessing, I would say that we are going to see a more controlled short passing game off of play action.
