For some reason I feel compelled to announce the following:

1) I have no inside connections, zero.
2) I occasionally try to make an educated guess, but I am wrong more than I am right.
3) I do donate to the VASF, but not enough for my wife to notice or anyone at the university for that matter.
4) I am an alum of the university and I love the Vols with all my heart.
5) I get emails for a few guys who are somewhat insiders, but it never amounts to anything in the least bit juicy.
6) I think that we are setting our sights on Lemay for next year (notice the "we") and that our pursuit of a qb this year was primarily for momentum. We will recruit over whoever signs with us this year, period.
7) I am a flawed human being as are most of us and if anyone has been offended by me, well, I am asking you to forgive me.
8) I have loved recruiting since the days of Jumpmaster on Gridscape.
9) The first recruit I really obsessed over was Brian Darden and he was a huge bust. Ive been hooked ever since.
10) My wife and I will be at the WKU game and I would love to meet any of you.

Awww...how sweet. Reminds me of the 'Jerry Maguire' memo. Or 'mission statement'...

Rex,

I've always found you to be very classy and have loved reading your threads and your thoughts. Please keep on truckin, cause the board wouldn't be the same without you.

Nice post.
I enjoy almost every post on here(minus trolls and non believers of ALL THAT IS VOL) and take it for what it is worth. Fun, gossip, news, opinion, and banter.
What's amazing is the bond(and # of posts) that alot of you have formed from ALL THAT IS VOL.
But it makes sense.
Just like family, at the end of the day, we are all that matter. We are family. WE who care about our school, community, and fellow believers.
No matter an opinion, bleeding orange and white is an emotional existence. No matter how different any of us see things, at the end of the day we are all VOLS. We are family.
Keep posting Rex--

We'll be there. Last few years we've hung out at the TN Tailgaters van in the parking lot.
Would love to meet any of you guys.
Specially you guys from the 'nooga. Pass you on the way up and back from games, but never get a chance to chat.
