If there is already a thread like this one somewhere please forgive me and merge. Anyone have a prediction on how this class will end up?? The list below is what I think we might see on Feb. 4th. Hopefully we pick up one more solid DE.

Hughes is already enrolled, right?

My understanding is that Shackleford is looking around and might de-commit.

I really don't think Patterson will be at UT but that would be a nice bonus. Interesting you didn't put M Brown on your list.

I dont think we get Brown either. I see us holding Stokes and getting Patterson and MAYBE....wait for it....Bumphis. Brown will go to UGA and get knocked back to 2008 by Berry to where he will commit early to UT. So I guess we will get Brown, but Im just saying it may cause a wrinkle in time. :p

The guys I am sure we get that aren't already committed are Greg King, Mike Edwards, Peter White, and Z Mason. Guys I think we have a good shot at are Marlon Brown, Patrick Patterson, Orson Charles, and Sam Edwards. Out of the guys that are committed but looking around, I think we keep all but Stokes. We will end up with around the 13th best recruiting class.

Right now, Stokes is poised to go to Illinois with his brother. They have always been a package deal from what JeRon has said in the past.

Bumphis is not even taking a visit to UT. He's a no-go.

I think we get Brown and lose Stokes. He will end up at Illinois with his little brother. I think we pull one of these (Patterson, Carroll, Jeffery, Bumphis,Smith). I would love to see another DT also. Myles would also be a great pickup.

100% believe Marlon will be at UGA next year and Stokes will be at Illinois. As long as we get atleast Patterson I would be completely ok with lossing Brown and Stokes...JMO.

You have absolutely no way of knowing that. Marlon himself doesn't even know and he's not letting on if he is leaning any particular way. He hasn't even taken his official here. I can see having an opinion on where he ends up but to say he's 100% to a school based on absolutely nothing is just ridiculous.

Rex said Marlon was a strong Christian I believe. Like him or not, CMR seems to be a committed Christian as well. That's something you can't just sell through.

I think UT's best attraction is that MB has supposedly been a Vol fan for life. I doubt he's made a final decision but it does weigh in UT's favor that they get him for the last visit.
