have some faith and dont give up on ur team so fast. uab is a good team. and this is just the first game. remember the first game in 98. we should have lost that game, and syracuse wasnt that good. but guess what, they had a very good qb. just calm down. PLEASE. we will be fine.

actually syracuse was a very good team. they ended up playing florida in the orange bowl that year. they had mcnabb that year

Yeah I think that we are ok and really don't see where all the negative talk is coming from. UT always plays just good enough to win. when has that ever changed?

i think for the most part people are dissappointed in ainge. but then again, who wouldnt be. but im no gonna be all down about em. first games are usually not ur best

This just goes to show you why bammer has been ducking UAB for so long. But if we don't figure out those crossing routes, Leak may look like a champ.

One of the biggest disappointments for me today was Parys Harrelson's two personal fouls, he should know better than that, you win championships when your veteran players start making self-inflicted mistakes like that.

I can remember people saying after the 98 SU game that our defense wasnt good enough to win the SEC Championship again.

How did the defense do that season again??? :bow:
