Heard this as well, he's an idiot. The NCAA should shut that down before it even starts.

He would be better off at Cincinnati IMO. Kentucky would have the first good quarterback they've had since 2007 if he decides to go to UK.

Yeah the NCAA needs to stop it but they're very selective recently at trying to stop anything. The NCAA has become a joke.
