Former O-lineman Bernard Dafney has died

That's sad.He joins Reggie White, Jimmy Streater to name a few.These guys were a picture of health in college.They sure did die young.

So sad,That fumble-rooskie against Miss st. is one of them plays that stick in your head forever!

Condolences to th Dafney family. He came to UT with Chris Mims out of California JUCO. Both were exceptional college players and played pro ball for many years.

I also might add that Dale Carter and Dave Thomas were JUCOs in that 1990 signing class. All went on to sucessful pro careers. What a class that was!

I'll never forget Dafney picking up the ball on a fumblerooskie against Miss State and rumbling into the endzone before anybody could figure out what the heck happened. One of the craziest plays I can ever remember.
