According to Mike Vrabel, ex-Titans tight end Luke Stocker was added to the staff. Paul Kuharksy has since confirmed that Stocker will be serving as a quality control coach on the staff and working with the tight ends.

Stocker spent two seasons of his 11-year career in Tennessee with the Titans. He played in 19 games, making 13 starts during that time in Nashville. He caught 16 passes for 177 yards and two touchdowns.

I had no idea Stocker played for 11 years. I remember him getting drafted(Tampa?) But never heard his name again. Must've been a blocking TE. Good for him on the long career and new job.

He was pretty much a blocking TE/H-Back….played for the Titans for a couple of years.
