An 87.8 percent free throw shooter as a senior at Tennessee in 2006, Watson led all players at the RMR with a 91.7 free throw percentage.
Watson dished out eight assists in leading the Spurs to a 79-71 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on the tournament's first day. His best scoring effort came against the Atlanta Hawks when he was 5-of-8 from the field to score 10 points in less than 21 minutes of action.
A three-time captain of the Vols, Watson finished his career at Tennessee ranking second all-time in assists (577), steals (198) and minutes played (4,058). The Las Vegas native earned 118 starting assignments in 119 career games and scored 1,424 career points in his four seasons in Knoxville.
