As per ESPN College Football Rumors:
ESPNU 150 Watch List LB A.J. Johnson of Georgia originally committed to Tennessee last October, but he decommitted when Lane Kiffin left for USC. Rather than rush into another commitment, Johnson said he plans to take all of his officials after the season before making his final decision.
Johnson does appear to have a top 10 of sorts. He told Robert Thorne MacRae of ESPN affiliate TheClemsonInsider.com that his six favorites right now are Clemson, Georgia Tech, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and Auburn. But he added that he would like to visit Southern California, Miami, LSU and Penn State, any of which could displace one of the first six schools.
Given the large number of Southeast schools among the 10 (eight of them: five in the SEC, three in the ACC), it seems unlikely that Johnson would re-up with Kiffin in Los Angeles or join Joe Paterno (could there be two more different coaches?) in State College. Whoever gets him will end up with one of the fastest LBs in the country -- Johnson runs the high hurdles and has a decent shot at qualifying for the state championships.
