Just one day before classes officially start, the Volunteer baseball program got some good news as Florida Marlins fourth-round pick Andrew Toles decided to put his professional career on hold in order to attend the University of Tennessee.

Bad mistake on his part ,cause tn still has bozo running the show.he will regret this move.

wow big gamble for the kid. his stock could fall in a huge way! I am glad he is all Vol though. (I preface that with saying I only go to like 1 baseball game a year unless we host a regional or something in the postseason then I show up. So I really shouldnt get a say since Im not a diehard baseball guy.

its still a risk to leave all that money on the table to play ball for a middle of the road college baseball team

The team's success has very little effect on draft ceiling. Toles wanted more than the Marlins were willing to pay. They turned HIM down.
