He must have brought Tebow flowers and candy..

This is a questionable hire.. Yeah he went to the super bowl but he also went 2-14 last year..
I thought they could have done better

I am puzzled by this. They hire a coach that went 2-14 after firing a coach that went 4-12? And why is Brain Billick unemployed? Dude was a pretty sharp offensive guy and not a bad head coach IMO.

After the complete disaster that was McDaniels, we had to go conservative. We needed a head coach with experience at the position, knowledge of defenses, and who would be the best fit overall. Out of the candidates, Fox was the best. I'm not super excited about the hire, but I will support the new coach.

I don't blame Fox for the bad season in Carolina. He had a cheap owner, and a team that suffered a lot of injury this year.
He might not be the greatest coach of all time, but Denver could have done a lot worse. This guy went to two NFC Championships, one Super Bowl, and had another 12 win season all with Jake Delhomme. That alone is impressive.
This whole thing could work out well for all parties involved. Ron Rivera is going to reenergize the fanbase in Charlotte, I believe.

After 9 years in Carolina the only problem I had with him is that he never had back to back winning seasons. And about this year, look at the roster, no coach was good enough to make the team good enough. They were last in talent and finished where they should have.
