I always wonder what goes through the person's mind who photoshops this crap. Are they like, "Okay, how can I purposefully change this man's photograph to make him look like an evil Disney character?" Do they have qualms, regrets, happy about it, or just mindless zombies?

This particular one looks more like a function of them having tried to squeeze it in and so it narrowed the face on the edges (but not the nose, so it looks larger, relatively speaking).

Although, iirc, Fox has been caught more than once playing games with photos and of course they've often been criticized for using the loaded question tag lines that assume (intentionally) false statements of fact.
