While we're on the subject of recruiting, I am still trying to figure out how Ari-freakin-zona got such a good list of them:

http://rivals100.rivals.com/commitlist.asp...r=2005&School=4

It's not often you see Arizona and Arizona State dip into Texas players like that.

Looks like most of the players that Arizona got from TX are only 3 star players.

Great List TNVOLS1, thanks for posting. Looks like a pretty complete list.

I guess you think Dace Richardson is heading to Iowa? Any thoughts on Moeaki ?

btw, how amazing is that list. There are some real studs listed. What's scary is that we already seem to be on our way to a top 5 class...with what's left out there we could be #1 pretty easily with a little luck. There are 5 5-star guys on that list. Impressive.

Assuming we even get a fair amount of those guys, saying number one is still a stretch. But hell, I'm content with top 5. Nebraska already shaping up to have an amazing recruit class, not to mention Ohio State, Oklahoma and TAMU.

I don't think #1 is that much of a stretch.

Nebraska and TAMU are listed with 24 commits. That's why their classes seem so great. Those two along with Oklahoma have a lower avg star rating than we do right now. Only Ohio St. is higher and by just .01.

LSU and Miami are ahead of us in avg. stars.

As for Miami's use of their talent, luckily a lot of them go pro early. They deal with wayyyy too much fresh meat. And we will see how we do on signing day. I expect a top 5. Number one, maybe. You know the five stars always wait until signing day, and they usually compose of a great recruiting class. The guys that really go on to shine.
