Any reason why the time has to be CST instead of EST?

Since UT is on EST and Virginia is on EST, thought maybe the board ought to be on EST.

I pay a lot of attention to the time of posts and I sometimes get a bit off because of the time being CST for the board.

Just a thought...

Hehe I asked a similar question a week after DST hit... there's a box on the profile page that has to be checked/unchecked to fix the time.

Just so we're clear... here's a screenshot. You have to click "My controls" at the top, then on the left find "Board Settings". There you can set the time, or check/uncheck the box for DST.
